Mobino Investment Joint Stock Company has completed the formalities to change its registered name to Mobino Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company.
This is a change of name and brand look, not of legal entity. The company's tax code is unchanged. Contracts, orders, warranty and support commitments in force continue to be honoured exactly as before.

Contracts already signed under the former name remain valid. Where needed, Mobino will sign an addendum updating the details and provide your finance or legal team with a copy of the new business registration certificate.
Why the name changed
The former name belongs to the company's founding years. For some years now, however, Mobino's work has settled clearly on technology: building business software for enterprises on the Mendix platform, developing custom software, and bringing automation and artificial intelligence into operational processes.
Mobino has been a certified Mendix partner since 2021. Most of its customers are large enterprises and public sector organisations.
The name “Mobino Technology Solutions” therefore describes more accurately both the work we do and the value our customers receive.
The change involves no merger, no change of ownership and no change to the company's business direction.
What the new brand look means
The most visible element of the new wordmark is the dot on the “i”, replaced by an amber point travelling around an orbit.
The image reflects how Mobino approaches an enterprise's technology problems.
At the centre sit the core systems: enterprise resource planning, line-of-business software and the data warehouse. These are the foundations that need to stay stable. Moving around them are the automation flows and intelligent agents that take data in, process it, return the result and record the whole sequence.
The software Mobino builds usually serves as that outer layer of integration and automation, helping existing systems work better without necessarily replacing the core.
The palette follows the same spirit. Mobino Green and Deep Forest lead, suggesting the durability and stability of systems meant to run for years. Ink carries the text and Mist the background.
Agent Amber appears only at a few deliberate points. A screen usually carries a single amber point — the orbit node on the “i”, or a marker showing that a process is running.
This restraint lets amber keep a meaning of its own: it shows where an automated process or an intelligent agent is at work.
