Challenge
Shipping operations at cement plants relied heavily on manual, on-site steps, making anti-fraud monitoring and shipping-time optimisation difficult to sustain at scale.
Solution
Mobino built a system that pairs shipping-management software with on-site identification and monitoring devices: RFID vehicle identification, integrated LED boards, speakers and warning lights to guide operators, and AI cameras monitoring the shipping process.
The system connects to the plant’s distribution chain, ERP and DCS, aiming to increase automation, reduce manual steps and strengthen anti-fraud monitoring throughout the shipping process.
