A system that aggregates public Internet data, flags information of interest, and builds a picture of developments by event, time and region for a public-sector agency.

Challenge
Manually aggregating large volumes of public Internet information to spot developments of interest was time-consuming and hard to cross-check across sources.
Solution
Mobino built the system around three core function groups: detection and alerting for information of interest; unifying data from multiple sources; and analysing developments over time and by region on a map interface.
The system reduces manual aggregation effort and helps surface new information, though analysis quality still depends on the quality of the input sources.
