Challenge
Evaluating the distributor network spanned many criteria and supporting documents, which made scoring, approval tracking and report consolidation a heavily manual effort.
Solution
Mobino built the system on Mendix to manage evaluation records and score against defined criteria — warehouse storage compliance, distribution-management-system operation, infrastructure investment — alongside attached-document management and approval-history tracking.
Scoring data is consolidated into reports and dashboards, cumulative by channel and by KPI, giving TH Group a full picture of its distribution network.
