Challenge
TH Group has many departments and user groups, each with its own approval requirements. The traditional process made it hard for requesters to track progress and for approvers to manage and identify pending work.
Solution
Mobino built the system on Mendix for flexible configuration and process changes even while in use: approval flows configurable by document type, user group and department; customisable forms; and integration with the group’s master data.
The system supports several signing methods — image signature, USB Token, CA Cloud and CA Mobile digital signatures — plus automatic tracking and reminders, and cross-platform access on responsive web, Android and iOS, so requesters can track progress and approvers can manage pending work anywhere.
