Challenge
In digital payments, service continuity and data recoverability are make-or-break requirements: every minute of downtime in an e-wallet, payment gateway or collection-and-disbursement service directly affects end users and partners.
Before 5Pay, these functions typically lived on separate, disconnected systems, making it hard to manage consistently, track transactions, and extend the platform with new business connections.
Solution
Mobino built 5Pay on one unified platform with four core modules: an e-wallet (account management, identity and security, top-up/transfer/withdraw/pay/refund); collection and disbursement (including electronic toll collection); an electronic payment gateway connecting domestic and international payment acceptors; and a system-administration module for management, reporting and monitoring.
The system is designed with redundancy from the application layer to the server layer, supporting data recovery and hot-swapping to limit service disruption during operations, maintenance or incident response.
